Had a very comfortable stay for one night, glad I've chosen it. The rooms were neat and new-fashioned here with bathroom, shower and a beautiful garden. Everything was good, I enjoyed that.

Liked the room with spa bath, my bed was very comfy. Extra facilities such as a washing machine and hotplates were really useful. The staff was amicable and wonderful all day long.

I recently stayed at the charming Harrogate Garden Motel for a short getaway. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome from Owner Sue made me feel right at home. The spacious bedroom and bathroom were a delight, with beautiful bay windows overlooking a lovely garden. It was a peaceful and comfortable retreat. The fully fitted kitchen was a bonus, and Sue's homemade chocolate brownies were the perfect treat. The motel's location, just a short stroll from shops and restaurants, was convenient and ensured I had everything I needed. The cleanliness of the room and bedding was exceptional, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.

The moment I stepped into the motel, I was captivated by the beautiful gardens surrounding the property. It was like entering a tranquil oasis, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The décor in the general areas was tastefully done, with cozy seating areas where I could sit and relax. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel. The paths were well-maintained and there were no stairs or obstacles that would hinder my mobility. It was a delight to wander around the property and enjoy the serene ambiance.

If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, I would say that it would be helpful if the children working there could provide more assistance with luggage. While the motel itself was easily accessible, carrying heavy bags to and from the room can be a bit challenging for older guests.

Had a spotless and huge room to myself with wine and the welcome tray, as example. The staff and people generally were amiable. The location couldn't be more great in a beautiful garden of colour.

Had a great New Year stay at a self-contained unit in a beautiful spot. The unit was spacious and clean, with great facilities such as a well-equipped kitchenette and a lovely window seat. We appreciated the free WiFi and borrowing DVDs from their good collection. The hosts were extremely friendly. Location is very handy too, just a short walk to the local tourist office, shops and pools.

There was no door or curtain in the shower, which made it difficult to keep the floor dry. the bed was a bit too soft for our liking.

The room was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The owners were very friendly and very helpful. It is within walking distance of the village and the hot pools. They had home made cakes in the room which is a lovely touch.
